We expect staff to spend the majority of their time on campus, however,we do have a flexible working policy which allows working from home too.

The Arts, Health and Wellbeing Centre is a joint initiative between the NHSGloucestershire Integrated Care Board and the University of Gloucestershire,aiming to improve population health and wellbeing through arts-based interventions. We will enable collaboration between communities, academia,health and care, to drive meaningful change in health equality and social connection. In the process, we will impact research and policy decisions - locally, nationally and globally.

The Body Project Gloucestershire
is a research-informed prevention programmefocused on improving body image and reducing risk factors associated wit heating disorders. Working with children and young people, parents, schools,health professionals and community partners, the programme combines evidence-based interventions with co-production, training and research todevelop sustainable approaches to prevention and early intervention across

Gloucestershire and beyond.

The Arts, Health and Wellbeing Centre (AHWC)is a partnership between the University of Gloucestershire and NHS Gloucestershire, based at the University's City Campus.

The Centre brings together academia, health and care, the creative industries and communities to explore how arts and creativity can improve health andwellbeing and reduce health inequalities. It provides a hub for interdisciplinary research, education, innovation and community engagement,with a particular interest in developing creative and participatory approachsto understanding and evidencing impact.

The postdoctoral researcher will work across these complementary initiatives, helping to strengthen their research profile, develop innovative approaches to evaluation and impact, and contribute to a growing programme of locally rooted, nationally and internationally relevant creative health research.
