You will assist senior chemists in laboratory experiments, process optimization, and analytical testing. • Perform organic synthesis reactions as directed by senior research staff.
• Purify synthesized compounds using techniques such as chromatography and recrystallization.
• Characterize compounds using analytical methods like NMR, MS, and HPLC.
• Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks documenting all experimental procedures and results.
• Assist in the scale-up of synthetic processes and troubleshooting experimental issues.
• Manage laboratory inventory and ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry laboratory techniques.
• Familiarity with standard analytical instrumentation (NMR, GC-MS, LC-MS).
• Understanding of safety protocols for chemical laboratories.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
