Remote Senior Computational Biologist

• Analyze and interpret high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., RNA-Seq, WGS, ChIP-Seq).
• Develop and implement computational pipelines and algorithms for biological data analysis.
• Apply machine learning techniques to identify patterns and predict biological outcomes.
• Collaborate with experimental teams to design studies and interpret results in a biological context.
• Contribute to the development of novel bioinformatics tools and software.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in computational biology or bioinformatics research.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, and experience with relevant libraries.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms applicable to biological data.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
