As a Clinical Research Associate, you will assist in the acceleration of clinical research and improving outcomes. This role involves conducting site qualifications, ensuring compliance with clinical practices, and managing project budgets and timelines effectively. Your contributions will include developing strategies for site performance and aiding in real-world late-phase activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interim monitoring and project scope management

• Verify data accuracy and handle query resolutions

• Assist with audit readiness and training of junior CRAs

• Collaborate with site staff during investigator meetings

• Document activities through reports and logs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a relevant field

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and GCP

• Proficient in using technology

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
