• Develop and innovate new skincare formulations based on market trends, scientific research, and client needs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in skincare product formulation and development.
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, their functions, and interactions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot formulation issues and achieve desired product attributes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cosmetic products.
