• Lead the design and execution of sophisticated molecular biology experiments, including gene expression analysis, cloning, and protein-protein interaction studies.

• Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, providing critical insights and recommendations for project direction.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including computational biologists, chemists, and pharmacologists, in a virtual environment.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports, contribute to scientific publications, and assist in the preparation of intellectual property filings.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists and research associates remotely, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration.

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience with a strong focus on molecular biology techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of molecular biology methods (e.g., qPCR, Western blotting, CRISPR, next-generation sequencing library preparation).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects effectively in a remote setting .
• Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency with relevant bioinformatics and statistical software.
