• Design and implement large-scale genomic experiments, including Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) library preparation and sequencing strategy development.
• Analyze and interpret complex genomic datasets using bioinformatics tools and statistical methods.
• Develop and optimize computational pipelines for genomic data processing and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bioinformaticians, clinicians, and data scientists, to translate genomic findings into actionable insights.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in genomics and bioinformatics, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare scientific manuscripts, present findings at conferences, and contribute to grant proposals.

• Ph.D. in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in genomics research.
• Extensive hands-on experience with NGS technologies and library preparation methods.
• Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for genomic data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistical principles and their application to genomic data.
