• Formulate innovative and stable cosmetic and skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and cleansers.
• Conduct research and development to identify new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
• Oversee product testing, stability studies, and safety assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and operations, throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and optimize existing product lines for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including formulation reports and manufacturing guidelines.

• Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in cosmetic formulation and product development.
• Expertise in formulating a wide range of skincare and cosmetic product categories.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with global cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills for remote collaboration.
