• Conduct field and laboratory research on soil properties, fertility, and health.
• Analyze soil samples to assess nutrient levels, pH, organic matter content, and microbial activity.

• Investigate the impact of various agricultural practices on soil structure, water retention, and erosion control.
• Collaborate with agronomists, farmers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into practical applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in soil science, sustainable agriculture, and relevant technologies.

• PhD or Master's degree in Soil Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in conducting soil analysis and interpreting complex soil data.
• Strong understanding of soil chemistry, physics, biology, and microbiology.
• Experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and research methodology in agriculture.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data analysis software.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
