As a vital part of the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence, you will enhance EDC's market research capabilities. Collaborate with various teams to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with business strategies. Your analytical skills will be key in interpreting complex data and presenting clear insights that foster decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive quantitative research initiatives across multiple channels

• Create and manage customer experience measurement frameworks

• Analyze data trends using SPSS and present findings

• Integrate primary and secondary research for holistic insights

• Communicate results effectively to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least seven years of quantitative research experience

• Proficiency in SPSS and survey programming

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent

• Adept at data quality assurance and research governance
