• Collaborate closely with computational chemists and biologists to design target molecules and interpret structure-activity relationships.

• Maintain meticulous laboratory records and contribute to scientific publications and patent applications.

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field with a strong publication record.
• Minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral or industrial experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of organic reactions, including asymmetric synthesis and catalysis.
• Proficiency in structure elucidation techniques such as 1D/2D NMR, Mass Spectrometry, and HPLC.
• Excellent understanding of reaction mechanisms and retrosynthetic analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
