About the Role

- Conduct research and experimentation to develop new chemical processes and improve existing ones.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on research projects and technology development.
- Prepare technical reports, patent applications, and presentations on R&D findings.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering and related scientific fields.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in research and development, with experience in process design and optimization.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and experimental design skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and technical documentation.
