• Design, execute, and interpret complex experiments to identify and validate novel drug targets.

• Analyze experimental data using appropriate statistical methods and present findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with medicinal chemists, pharmacologists, and other scientists to advance drug candidates through the pipeline.
• Contribute to scientific publications and present research findings at conferences.

• Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral research experience in drug discovery or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in cell biology, molecular pharmacology, and assay development.
• Proficiency with various laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to drug discovery research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to experimental design and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in remote collaboration tools.
