• Conduct research on soil properties, fertility, and degradation, developing strategies for improvement and conservation.

• Collaborate with farmers, researchers, and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of sustainable soil management practices.
• Disseminate research findings through reports, presentations, and publications.

• PhD or Master's degree in Soil Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of research experience in soil science, with a focus on soil health and fertility.
• Expertise in soil analysis techniques, interpretation, and reporting.
