• Manage research projects from conceptualization through to publication, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Author high-quality research papers, policy briefs, and reports for academic and public audiences.
• Mentor and supervise junior research staff, providing guidance on research methodologies and career development.
• Present research findings at national and international conferences and engage with policymakers and industry leaders.
• Contribute to securing research funding through grant proposals and identifying potential funding sources.

• A PhD in Economics from a recognized university.
• A strong publication record in peer-reviewed academic journals in economics or related fields.
• Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative economic research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in policy analysis and engagement with government or non-governmental organizations.
