** You will likely bring:
*** A Master's or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Strong experience developing bioinformatics methods and algorithms for next-generation sequencing data
* Expertise in secondary analysis workflows including mapping, alignment, variant calling, and genomic interpretation
* Proficiency in C/C++, or equivalent high-performance programming languages
