As a key member of the Advisory Services Group, you will leverage your expertise in energy efficiency program planning, execution, and assessment.
Your role includes managing junior engineers and analysts, overseeing impact evaluations, and ensuring deliverables meet both schedule and budget. A strong foundation in analytical support and engineering is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses
• Manage projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Oversee data collection and analysis activities
• Mentor junior staff in energy modeling and research
• Assist in writing technical reports and recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of industry experience, including impact evaluations
• Strong understanding of energy systems and assessments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
