Postdoctoral Fellow - Genomics and Bioinformatics

• Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic datasets, including next-generation sequencing (NGS) data.

• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques for data-driven discovery.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at scientific conferences.
• Contribute to the maintenance and organization of computational resources and databases.

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing large genomic datasets (e.g., WGS, WES, RNA-Seq).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and experience with bioinformatics tools and libraries.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and high-performance computing environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
