Research Analyst, Research Assistant/Associate
The Assistant Research Scientist will support organizational development and strategic management projects through structured research and data analysis. This part-time hybrid role is based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, reviewing academic and industry literature, preparing research summaries, and supporting the design of frameworks related to leadership development, performance management, and talent strategies.
The role also involves assisting in drafting reports, presentations, and policy documents, coordinating with consultants and clients for information gathering, and helping monitor outcomes of implemented initiatives. The Assistant Research Scientist will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying insights, trends, and evidence-based recommendations for client engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong research and analytical skills, including data collection, literature review, and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative information.
- Candidates should possess skills in report writing and documentation, including preparing clear summaries, presentations, and structured project deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizational behavior or human resources concepts, such as leadership development, performance management, and talent management frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and collaboration, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and present findings in a concise manner.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational psychology, management, human resources, social sciences, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic statistical tools or research software, and prior exposure to consulting or organizational development projects, will be beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid work arrangement, with strong self-organization and attention to detail.
