Senior Biostatistician

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Biostatistician to join their dynamic research and development team. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials and research studies. You will provide statistical expertise to ensure the integrity and validity of research outcomes, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, clinicians, and data managers.

• Provide statistical expertise in the design of clinical trials, including sample size calculations and protocol development.
• Develop statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and perform complex statistical analyses using SAS or R.
• Interpret statistical results and prepare reports for regulatory submissions, scientific publications, and internal presentations.
• Collaborate with researchers to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
• Mentor junior biostatisticians and contribute to the development of statistical methodologies.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and statistical best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in biostatistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS or R, including experience with various statistical procedures.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians.
• Experience with data management principles and statistical programming.
