Knowesis is currently seeking an exceptional Research Analyst to support research and analysis for a Specialty Care Circuit Rider Capability. The Research Analyst will conduct targeted research, collect and synthesize data, analyze findings, and develop clear analytical products and briefing materials to support government stakeholders in understanding current-state capabilities and identifying capability gaps.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security clearance requirements.
TheJob Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Conduct targeted literature and policy reviews to establish a current-state baseline of capabilities.
- Gather and synthesize data related to personnel, processes, technology, and governance to inform capability-gap assessments.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative research and analysis techniques to translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Organize datasets, interpret data, identify trends, evaluate processes, and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare clear analytical summaries, data visualizations, and briefing materials to communicate findings to government stakeholders.
- Support research project management and the organization of research findings and deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy and quality throughout literature reviews, data interpretation, analysis, and deliverable development.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of research methodology, research analysis techniques, and research project management.
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Ability to collect, organize, and synthesize information and datasets for analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify trends and evaluate processes.
- Ability to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the research and analysis process.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in literature reviews, data interpretation, and deliverable development.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Military Health programs or initiatives.
