  • Lead strategic research initiatives in advanced polymer synthesis and modification.
  • Design and execute complex experiments to create novel polymer architectures and formulations.
  • Characterize polymers using advanced techniques such as GPC, NMR, DSC, TGA, and microscopy.
  • Develop and optimize polymerization processes and material processing methods.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to integrate new polymers into applications.
  • Author patent applications, scientific publications, and present findings at international conferences.
  • Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive research experience in polymer science and engineering.
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation, including patents and publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
  • Expertise in various polymerization techniques (e.g., radical, anionic, cationic, condensation).
  • Proficiency with polymer characterization techniques and data interpretation.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills.
