Responsibilities- Create and assess complex chemistry problems across subdomains (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, biochemistry).
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, and domain relevance.
- Provide written, structured feedback on chemistry problem sets, mechanisms, and solutions.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to refine AI systems and improve model performance.
- Ensure all chemistry content used for AI training or evaluation maintains academic rigor and precision.
- Deep subject matter expertise across core areas of chemistry.
- Professional experience (research, publication, teaching) or industry experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
