Job Description
The client is seeking a Health Economic Modeler for an initial 4-month remote contract to develop a complex microsimulation cost-effectiveness model.
The modeler will:- Develop the microsimulation model in Tree Age Pro and subsequently translate it into RDebug, validate, and calibrate the model as needed
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Interpret and communicate model results
- Support manuscript writing and preparation
The position may be full- or part-time and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world, subject to country-specific approval.
Skills and Requirements- MS or PhD in Health Economics
- Strong proficiency in Tree Age Pro and R
- Experience developing cost-effectiveness and microsimulation models
- Experience with model validation, calibration, and sensitivity analyses
- Strong analytical, programming, scientific writing, and communication skills
- Health economic modeling in oncology
- Peer-reviewed publications in health economics or cost-effectiveness analysis
- Experience with scientific manuscript development
