• Research and evaluate the effectiveness of various sustainable agriculture techniques, including organic farming, agroforestry, and conservation tillage.

• In-depth knowledge of ecological farming principles, soil science, water management, and biodiversity conservation.
• Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and develop practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences remotely.
• Experience with project management and working effectively in a remote team environment.
