• Lead and manage a remote R&D team focused on the discovery and development of new chemical entities and processes.

• Provide expert scientific guidance on complex chemical challenges and innovative problem-solving.

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical research and development, with a strong publication record or patent portfolio.
