Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote - Worldwide
We are seeking experienced life sciences researchers to support an AI training project by developing scientific problems, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and validating experimental and computational reasoning.
Required Skills- Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Biochemistry
- Genomics, Transcriptomics, and Single-Cell Analysis
- Bioinformatics and Computational Biology
- Proteomics, Metabolomics, and Epigenomics
- Wet Lab Research and Experimental Design
- Scientific Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Research Documentation and Critical Thinking
- Develop challenging scientific problems and reference solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs for scientific accuracy and rigor.
- Create assessment rubrics based on established research methods.
- Validate experimental designs and computational workflows.
- Provide clear scientific explanations and participate in peer reviews.
- Completed PhD in a life sciences field or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on research experience in an academic or industry laboratory.
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Practical wet lab experience, including PCR, cell culture, sequencing, or protein analysis.
- Postdoctoral or advanced academic research experience.
- Peer-reviewed scientific publications.
- PhD from a leading research university.
