Bioinformatics Scientist; Fully Remote

• Join the Bioinformatics R&D team focused on cancer recurrence monitoring.
• Work on large and complex high-throughput cancer genomics datasets.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze sequencing data and contribute to experimental design and quality control.
• Help develop tools and end-to-end bioinformatics pipelines.
• Integrate frameworks developed by the R&D team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field;
  Master's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on high-throughput genomic sequencing analysis.
• Strong programming in Python, NGS analysis experience, and familiarity with public databases like TCGA, COSMIC, or OncoKB.
