Remote Impact Measurement Specialist

Our client, a globally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to driving measurable social impact, is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Remote Impact Measurement Specialist. This fully remote position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing robust frameworks for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of our client's programs worldwide. The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, experience with impact assessment methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will play a critical role in demonstrating the value and effectiveness of our client's work to stakeholders, donors, and beneficiaries. This role requires a meticulous professional with a passion for evidence-based decision-making and social change.

• Design and implement impact measurement strategies, frameworks, and tools aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage data collection systems (quantitative and qualitative) for program evaluation.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of program data to assess impact, identify trends, and measure outcomes against established indicators.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing findings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on impact measurement to program teams across the organization.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and validity of collected data and analytical processes.
• Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in impact measurement, social return on investment (SROI), and evaluation methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of program logic models and theories of change.
• Support grant applications and donor reporting with evidence of program impact.
• Facilitate learning and adaptation processes based on evaluation findings.

• Master's degree or PhD in Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact measurement, program evaluation, or monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in the non-profit or development sector.
• Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) and data analysis tools.
• Experience with developing and managing data collection tools (e.g., surveys, interview guides) and databases.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with common international development or social sector frameworks is a plus.
