Chemistry Masters

We’re looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research labs — and we need people who truly understand advanced chemistry to help these models think more accurately and reason more rigorously.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You bring the chemistry knowledge — we’ll handle the rest.

• Design challenging, advanced chemistry problems to test and push the limits of AI reasoning
• Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical soundness, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master’s-level chemistry
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry topics
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and provide structured, written feedback
• Detail-oriented and self‑motivated
• No prior AI experience required — your chemistry expertise is what matters

• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assessment workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
• Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
