Reflective is a global nonprofit researching sunlight reflection. We study plume forecasting and multi‑scale modeling to enable responsible climate interventions.
As Scientist for Plume Modeling and Forecasting, you’ll own scale, lead balloon-based campaigns, and turn simulations into actionable forecasts. You’ll collaborate with the OSSE team and instrument specialists, report to the Head of Research, and help plan field studies from 24 to 72 hours ahead.
