The Biosafety Analyst provides scientific review and analysis for institutions such as hospitals, clinics, and laboratories so that their studies and projects can be successfully reviewed and approved by an Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC). Areas of research include human gene transfer clinical trials and laboratory research related to recombinant or synthetic nucleic acid molecules.
Additional responsibilities may include working with IBC Specialists to prepare documents for IBC review
