• Prepare detailed market reports, presentations, and briefs for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Conduct in-depth research on specific geographic areas, property types, and market segments.
• Identify key drivers of market performance, including economic, demographic, and regulatory factors.
• Utilize statistical software and data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and emerging market opportunities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate market analysis, economic forecasting, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information concisely.
