We are seeking a new colleague to join the Research Strategy and Funding team in the Radcliffe Department of Medicine (RDM) as one of our Research Facilitators. This post is to cover the absence of the substantive postholder, who is acting up to cover a period of maternity leave. The post is available until Sept 2027. As a Research Facilitator you will provide professional support to researchers in the department who are applying for internal and external funding for their research such as providing them with timely information about upcoming funding opportunities, feedback on elements of their application, and managing internal peer review processes.

• You should be educated to degree level preferably in a science discipline or have equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• You should be able to review and respond to complex written documentation.
• You should be highly organised and work with meticulous attention to detail.
