• Cleans floors in the following areas:
  Kitchen, service areas, restrooms, storerooms, and dining rooms
• Uses mops and floor machines as required
• Sweeps appropriate areas when needed
• Breaks down cans and boxes and places them in the appropriate bins
• Cleans up broken plates, glassware, and cookware
• Replaces and restocks milks when needed
• Removes refuse from the following areas of the dining center: kitchen, service areas, restrooms, dining rooms, storerooms, and locker rooms.
• Cleans carts, tables and chairs
• Rinses and sanitizes garbage cans Maintains orderliness of the storeroom's coolers and freezers
• Stocks various inventory items in the kitchen, restrooms and dining rooms: fills soap and towel dispensers and replaces light bulbs
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Must be able to work with the preparation and disposal of fish, poultry, beef, lamb, pork and other meat products in a professional culinary commercial kitchen.
• Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies which include removal of all jewelry and piercings except for a plain wedding band while working in our facilities.
• Hairnets and beard restraints are also a requirement in our food preparation areas
• Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Able to stand on one's feet for 3-4 hours.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
