- Cleans floors in the following areas:
Kitchen, service areas, restrooms, storerooms, and dining rooms - Uses mops and floor machines as required
- Sweeps appropriate areas when needed
- Breaks down cans and boxes and places them in the appropriate bins
- Cleans up broken plates, glassware, and cookware
- Replaces and restocks milks when needed
- Removes refuse from the following areas of the dining center: kitchen, service areas, restrooms, dining rooms, storerooms, and locker rooms.
- Cleans carts, tables and chairs
- Rinses and sanitizes garbage cans Maintains orderliness of the storeroom's coolers and freezers
- Stocks various inventory items in the kitchen, restrooms and dining rooms: fills soap and towel dispensers and replaces light bulbs
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Must be able to work with the preparation and disposal of fish, poultry, beef, lamb, pork and other meat products in a professional culinary commercial kitchen.
- Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies which include removal of all jewelry and piercings except for a plain wedding band while working in our facilities.
- Hairnets and beard restraints are also a requirement in our food preparation areas
- Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Able to stand on one's feet for 3-4 hours.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
