Shake up your Christmas and join our festive Food and Beverage team as a Bartender at the Celtic Manor Resort. The Christmas seasonis one of the most exciting times of the year across our collection of restaurants, bars and event spaces. From festive dining experiences and Christmas parties to family celebrations and New Year's festivities, no twoshifts are ever the same. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and guest-focused Bartenders to join our Casual Christmas Team.

Working across a variety of our restaurants and venues, you'llhelp create memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying the vibrantatmosphere that makes Christmas at Celtic Manor so special. Whether you already have bar experience or you're looking to build your hospitality skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to be partof one of the UK's leading resort destinations during its busiest and most magicalseason.

• Previous experience within a bar, restaurant, hospitality or customer service environment would be advantageous
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits, or a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Apositive, friendly and professional approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and throughout the festive period
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits to a high standard
• Build positive relationships with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Supportfestive events, celebrations and Christmas dining experiences across the Resort
• Work collaboratively with restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and licensing compliance
• Help create a fun, welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests
