This position is a seasonal/part-time Retail Store Associate role located at Marshalls in Wyoming, MI with a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.

Actual pay is determined by factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and comply with all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and contribute to a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and standards and assist in preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety efforts; maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with shrink reduction programs and adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
