Luminous Optical Co. began as a single kids’ eyewear brand and has grown into a house of purpose-driven brands that serve as a beacon of light in the optical industry. Luminous Optical Co is the parent company to Jonas Paul Eyewear, an award-winning e-commerce company aiming to provide function and new form to children’s vision with fun, fashion-forward eyewear options. JPE was founded by Ben and Laura Harrison in an effort to find stylish eyewear for their visually impaired son, Jonas.

Unfortunately, finding such options did not exist within the children’s optical market. Since its founding in 2013, the brand has been featured on NBC Today & Nightly News, The Wall Street Journal, INC 5000, Huffington Post, Redbook, and many other publications. It has garnered numerous awards for its social responsibility and design. Jonas Paul Eyewear also provides sight to those in need through its Buy Sight, Give Sight program, which has impacted over 1,304,759 children and families world-wide.

Jonas Paul Eyewear helps kids feel confident in glasses they actually want to wear — blending style, comfort, and purpose at an accessible price. In 2025, we’re expanding into the adult optical space through our partnership with TOMS Eyewear
, bringing back a beloved, mission-led brand to the wholesale market.

As we grow our wholesale presence, we’re hiring a Territory Sales Representative to cover Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada
, representing both Jonas Paul Eyewear and TOMS Eyewear to independent optical accounts, regional retailers, and key industry partners.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales by managing, nurturing, and growing wholesale accounts across AZ, NM, and NV
• Present and place the Jonas Paul and TOMS Eyewear collections with optical shops, regional chains, and ECPs
• Deliver compelling brand storytelling and product education to drive interest and loyalty
• Attend trade shows, in-store appointments, and events to represent the brands and generate new business
• Support sell-in and sell-through efforts with marketing tools, training, and relationship-building
• Keep CRM, pipeline, and account activity organized and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of territory sales experience, ideally in optical, fashion, or consumer goods
• Existing relationships in the AZ/NM/NV optical space are a major plus
• High initiative, self-direction, and comfort working remotely and independently
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel regionally for meetings, events, and appointments
