Online Order Filling Team Associate

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour

Actual hourly rate: will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premia may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premia may apply.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. Associates make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
