Online Order Filling Team Associate – Walmart
Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Locate, prepare, and package online orders.
