Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Fill and dispense online orders; locate, prepare, and package merchandise; ensure order accuracy prior to pickup.
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and make appropriate product substitutions when required.

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour; actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply (ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour) in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
