Online Order Filling Team Associate

Overview

Online Order Filling Team Associate s role focuses on filling and dispensing online orders, locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, and ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. When needed, associates make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

$16.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $16.50 - $29.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

• Fill and dispense online orders with accuracy.
• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for pickup.
• Ensure order accuracy prior to pickup and assist customers as needed.
• Provide substitutions when necessary and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
