Base Pay Range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour

• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick‑up. Associates make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
