Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy before pick up. They provide product substitutions and consult customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
