The job in a nutshell:
This position supports the Operations department in driving the overall successful operations of the stores. This is accomplished by monitoring compliance of company initiatives, procedures and mandatory processes at all stores in the company and establishing various services for new and existing stores.

Responsibilities
Main Ingredients:
Complete daily/weekly/monthly compliance checks by communicating with store employees, distributing surveys, monitoring logbooks in Hot Schedules, and creating compliance reports.Administration of the store operations scheduling tool for both store and Store Support Center users, including:Configuring users and store settingsCreating reports from the scheduling systemBeing the main point of contact between the third-party vendor regarding issues and functionalityCreating and maintaining logs for storesTrack stores’ Health Inspections, communicating results with Company leadership, and gathering any missing Health Inspections for the Company’s Sustainability Report.Drive compliance for and audit the quarterly Department Inspections.Coordinate inventory transfers through SAP, providing instructions and follow-up to store managers.Compile inventory data and reporting for compliance metrics.Work with the Financial Accountant to complete quarterly cycle counts and ensure store compliance.Compile data for the Operations department that will be used to support store operations decisions.Create and maintain spreadsheets and other required data for stores and Operations department.Support the Marketing department to create MS Form Surveys for events and promotions and ensure store’s compliance on surveys.Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Draft training documents for processes completed by the Operations department Crew.Work with Operations on various initiatives and roll outs as needed.Store visits to administer compliance audits and support stores as needed.Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities, all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.
Qualifications

High school or GED equivalent is requiredNatural Grocers experience preferredSAP knowledge requiredRetail/grocery store experience preferredHot Schedules experience preferredProfessional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, and FormsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and able to manage changing prioritiesEffective problem-solving skillsDetail oriented with highly organized time management skillsTakes initiative with a high sense of ownership over duties and follows throughSense of urgency in the completion of tasksThis job description is not an employment contract.
