Loop Neighborhood Market is based in Union City, Calif., with stores and stations across California. Founded in 1978, the company develops real estate and owns and operates gas stations with convenience stores and car washes. It also has a wholesale division that delivers fuel to dealer locations.

We are looking for all levels (including entry level) of hardworking, dedicated, customer‑focused individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and helping make a difference. This role is suitable for both full‑time and part‑time shifts (first, second, or third), allowing employees flexibility to work a schedule that best fits their lifestyle and giving them room to grow within the organization.

• Manage the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted quickly and accurately.
• Stock products on shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer‑friendly environment in the store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports at the end of the shift following company guidelines.
• Cross‑sell and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales.
• Escalate all high‑priority issues to the immediate manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Flexible schedule availability.
• Verbal and written communication skills with management.
• Basic math skills (e.g., change calculation).
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Upper body strength: lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies according to company policies and procedures.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Adapt to various temperature environments (coolers, outdoor weather, station).
• Minimum age: 18+ for 1st and 2nd shift; 21+ for 3rd shift.

• 6 months to 3 years: 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel.
• 3 years to 5 years: 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel.
• 5+ years: 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel.

Maximum: 20 gallons and 2 fill‑ups per week.

$17.55 - $19.00 per hour.
