Brand Marketing Coordinator

We partner with international premium and prestige brands and aim at elevating their sales performance and brand visibility.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Marketing coordinator at RISE Brand Partners. This person will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities in the Travel Retail Americas and the Caribbeans area. Position based in Miami, FL with the flexibility to work from home when needed.

• 2+ years’ experience in trade marketing, retail coordination, or visual merchandising — ideally within fragrances, cosmetics, or luxury retail.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks across different markets.
• Strong visual sense with understanding of brand equity and in-store storytelling.
• Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven mindset
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; working proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva or other visual tools.
• Salary : K $50+ on a yearly basis. Package depends on experience. Health insurance & other benefits!
