Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They may make suitable product substitutions and consult customers to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Locate items and prepare orders as per inventory system.
- Verify product accuracy and quality before packaging.
- Make appropriate product substitutions when items are unavailable.
- Consult customers and provide assistance to ensure order satisfaction.
