Base pay range

Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances; premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
