Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver or load orders into customer vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via portable phone.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
